If you are a beginner, then it is best to start in the morning.

Yoga is a great way of maintainung our health and immunity. It is easy to practice and has many benefits. Doing a bit of yoga, especially early in the morning.can be quite joyful for our body.As well as our mental well being. Although waing up early morning can be tough thing.specially in winters.

SOME IMPORTANT THINGS HAVE TO BE KNOWN TO ALL OF US:-

(A).After waking up in morning,first thing we should do is to drink luke warm water. This makes our gut clean.

(B).Start with simple yoga poses,such as,tree pose,breathing,stetching,one leg balance..They all prep us for the work for our day.

(C).Modern work life is very much centred around sitting in a chair for long hours,which can be cause of concern for many. Exercising, or even light yoga can improve the coordination in our muscles and joints…

Lastly,i have to say ..that doing yoga is a peace of mind…so keep going..
